Twisted Cartoon #4 - Pobre Big Bird

This past weekend we dj'd another wedding. It turned out pretty good. The interesting part of the night was when the bride and her bride's-maids (spelling?) danced to 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun'. That's was the first time we have ever played that song and it WILL be the last. But at least, the girlies had their moment. I don't think we have done so many weddings in one year. And in 2 semanas, we have another one. Maybe I should stop going to these. I think they're a bad influence. Anyway, good for them. yay. whoopie do.

    HEY HEY HEY!!! Dont knock on the artistic talents of Cindy Lauper. Well you see, when we (the girls) went to South Padre several months ago, that song came on and one of them suggested that we all had to dance that song when the next one of us got married...which was obviously April. At the wedding on Saturday, it wasn't til halfway through out the song that we realized all eyes were on us and it was pretty embarassing, but we were doing it for the bride.
    You should see the movie Girls Just Want To Have Fun. It's an 80's movie w/Sarah Jessica Parker, Helen Hunt and Shannon Dougherty. Really good...yes we all saw that movie together when we were having one of our many Blockbuster nights.

    oh... hey. i'm sorry. i didn't know you were going to read that. but i wasn't making fun of you. you did that for your friend and that's great. power to you. the good thing is that you all looked like you were having fun, which is what counts.

    and yes, i have seen the movie. i GREW UP watching 'Girls Just Wanna Have Fun'.... it felt kinda weird typing that, but it is a cool movie. i'm a bit embarrassed to say, but yes, i even bought it.... actually i had my mom go to target to buy it for me.

    HEY ROY....YEAH THE WEDDING WAS GREAT. I WILL FOR SURE NEVER FORGET THE 4 MINUTES OF FAME THAT ME AND THE GIRLS HAD. IT WAS TRULEY SOMETHING SPECIAL.
